Tom's Note: Rowena is a Lifelighter through and through. Having gone through the process herself, Rowena is a wealth of knowledge, experience, support and authentic empathy.

Coach Heather

Coach Heather is a competitive athlete and caring coach who specializes in injury recovery and injury avoidance. Coach Heather is also our resident fitness and nutrition expert who is updating her knowledge base on a daily basis.


She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer whose passion is for helping people and seeing them not only attain their goals, but break their limiting beliefs and exceed their expectations.


Outside of the fitness world, she loves spending time with her parrot, Cheetos, attending school at North Carolina State University as she is working toward a degree in Human Biology with a minor in sport science, reading, and doing just about anything in the great outdoors.


Tom's Note: Heather has a special ability in finding the right foods and workouts for every client. She is a creative and science-based artist when it comes to designing workouts & meal plans.

Coach Dryan

Coach Dryan is the Accountability Accelerator Coach!


Coach Dryan has been known to go above and beyond to keep clients motivated and on track.

Even though we serve the entire United States and Canada, don't be surprised to find Coach Dryan knocking on your door if you don't respond to his texts. (just kidding...kinda šŸ˜‰)
